1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and FatalBug ("we", "us"), the developer of Sunny Harvest (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and to purchases made through Google Play.

2. Who can play

The Game is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, and they should review these Terms and approve any purchases.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game, including its code, art, text, sounds and in-game items, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms give you no ownership of any of it.

4. In-game currency and items

• The Game contains virtual items, including Crops (earned by playing), Golden Seeds (a premium currency that can be earned or bought), boosts, upgrades and other content ("Virtual Items").
• Virtual Items are part of the licence in Section 3. They are not real money, have no value outside the Game, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged between players or redeemed for money or any other item of value.
• We may change how Virtual Items work, their prices in in-game currency, and how they are earned, for example to balance the Game. We will not take away paid permanent upgrades you have bought, except under Section 8.
• Golden Seeds and other Virtual Items are not lost when you prestige, unless the Game clearly says otherwise for a specific item.

5. Purchases and refunds

• All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing, at the price shown in Google Play at the time of purchase, including any taxes Google applies.
• Consumable items (such as Golden Seeds) are delivered and can be used immediately; permanent upgrades (such as Ad-Free Rewards or Double Production) stay with your Google account and are restored when you reinstall the Game.
• Except where the law in your country requires otherwise, purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. If a purchase was refunded or charged back, we may remove the related Virtual Items.
• If you paid for something and did not receive it, email us with your Player ID (Settings) and the Google Play order number, and we will make it right.

6. Ads and rewards

The Game offers optional rewarded ads: you choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward. Ads are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, and if an ad does not load or finish, the reward may not be given. Rewards and limits on how often ads can be watched may change.

7. Your progress

• Your progress is saved on your device and, if you are signed in to Google Play Games, in your Google account. We have no servers of our own, so we cannot restore progress lost by uninstalling, clearing app data, losing a device without cloud save, or problems with Google's services.
• Settings → Reset Profile permanently erases your farm progress on this device and replaces your Play Games cloud save, and the change reaches your other devices. It cannot be undone. Purchased permanent upgrades are kept by your Google account.
• Time-based features (offline earnings, daily rewards, seasons) rely on a time check over the internet. If the check fails (for example, when you are offline), time-based rewards are not given during that session.

8. Rules of play

You agree not to:

• modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or tamper with the Game or its save files, except as the law expressly allows;
• use cheats, automation, exploits or third-party tools to gain an advantage, or deliberately abuse bugs;
• manipulate the device clock or other systems to obtain rewards you have not earned;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms the Game, us or other people;
• resell, rent or commercially exploit the Game or any Virtual Item.

If you break these rules, we may reset or remove affected progress or Virtual Items, to the extent the law allows.

9. Changes to the Game

We may update, change, add or remove features, content, events and balance at any time. We may also stop offering or supporting the Game. If we decide to shut the Game down, we will try to give reasonable notice in the Game or on its Google Play page, and we will stop selling Virtual Items before then.

10. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing. Some countries do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends automatically if you break these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 10, 11, 13 and 14 continue to apply after the licence ends.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will announce it in the Game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
